Specialization
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchases and sales of lake and off-lake condominiums, on and off-lake single-family residences and income property within the cities of Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, the Lake Hamilton area, Malvern, and Benton. We keep current of all transactions in these areas, and we're also very knowledgeable about the local schools.
Personal
Our goal is to listen attentively to the needs of our clients and to work hand-in-hand to make sure your real estate needs are met. We enjoy people and stay very active in the Hot Springs community. My son, Bart Bledsoe, joined me in real estate in 2006, and together we find that the combinations of experience, professionalism, high-energy and enthusiasm are of great benefit to our clients---both Buyers and Sellers.
Bart and his young family are quite active in our community, have countless contacts throughout our state and are involved in numerous activities and organizations in our beautiful town. Bart is an avid sports fan, graduate of Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR. and former teacher/coach and investment counselor.
In 2006 and now again in 2007 I serve on the board of the Arkansas Board of REALTORS and remain active as a member of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS. In 2005 I served as President of the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS and was also selected as Hot Springs REALTOR of the Year for 2005. Singing is my passion, and I love singing in the musical productions at church. Garvan Woodland Gardens in our beautiful city is another of my loves, so be sure and ask me about that when we meet.
